Exclusive SCH/Wakefield High Performance Program Featuring:

 Jennifer Wakefield - (Olympic Gold Medalist)/Professional ice hockey player that has represented Canada at the International Level, playing in the Olympic Games and IIHF World Championships. Jennifer was born in Scarborough, but grew up in Pickering playing for Durham West. Jennifer began her University career in 2007, and graduated from Boston University in 2012. She currently resides in Bowmanville, but spends her season playing professional hockey in Sweden.

After spending time in Europe, Jennifer has brought over many of the European skating and stick handling techniques she has used in her own training. She believes edge control is the foundation in becoming a powerful smooth skater and a deceptive stickhandler. The ability to maximize control in unfamiliar movements is essential to becoming a better hockey player.
