SNIPE CITY HOCKEY REFUND/CREDIT POLICY
$100 OF THE REGISTRATION FEE IS CONSIDERED THE DEPOSIT AND IS NON REFUNDABLE FOR ALL SNIPE CITY SHOWCASE EVENTS OR SPRING TEAMS, INCLUDING:
• Snipe City Showcase/Snipers Camp (August 12-15)
THE BALANCE OF REGISTRATION FEES (minus processing fees charged by Sports Engine) IS FULLY REFUNDABLE OR CREDITABLE up to May 1st 2024. After May 1st 2024 there is no refund.
Exceptions:
Medical issues. A full refund of registrations fees minus a $75 admin fee will be issued to any player who provides a doctor’s note stating that an injury or illness is preventing them from participating in a Snipe City Showcase event up to 30days before. OR A full credit for next years Showcase can be applied. If its within 30 days of the Showcase then there is no refund.
Cancellation of an event. If a Snipe City Showcase event or a Spring Team is cancelled, a full credit will be provided and can be used towards any future Snipe City Showcase Event.
